Reffy runs your casual play session. Pick the sport, the courts, the players — the app pairs balanced teams each round, tracks scores, and runs a persistent ELO leaderboard.

Quick help

• Start a session: choose an activity, court count, scoring preset, play format, and the players available tonight.
• Change a session mid-play: tap the edit (gear) icon at the top-right of the round screen to add or remove players, or change the format, courts, scoring, or matchmaking — changes apply from the next round.
• Swap two players on a court: tap any player avatar on the current round — a sheet lists the other players; tap one to swap.
• Preview the next round’s pairings: tap the next-round arrow while on the current round.
• Edit a past round’s score: go back to that round and edit the saved court inline.
• End and reopen a session: End Session finishes the session but preserves every round and unsaved score; the end screen has a Reopen Session button.
• Player groups: on the new-session screen, select a recurring crew and tap + Save selection to save them as a named group for one-tap reuse.

Accounts, cloud backup & sync

Reffy works fully without an account. If you want your players, sessions, and ratings backed up and kept in sync across your devices, open Settings → Account and sign in with your email (you’ll get a one-time 6-digit code — no password). Backup and real-time sync then happen automatically. You can sign out, or delete your account and its cloud data, from the same screen. See the privacy policy for exactly what is stored.

Profiles, finding players & clubs

• Your profile: in Settings, set a unique @handle, a display name, and an avatar (a colour, an emoji, or a photo). Choose whether your profile is public (searchable, with your handle, name, avatar, and rating visible to others) or private.
• Find & follow players: use the Discover tab to search public profiles by @handle, follow your regulars, and send friend requests.
• Clubs: create a club so co-hosts share one roster — your regular crew is ready every night.
• Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account removes your account and all of its cloud data. Your on-device data stays until you delete the app.

Reffy Pro

A Pro tier with extra multi-device and club features is in the works. There is nothing to buy yet — everything described above is free.

Data and backups

Reffy stores app data locally on your device. If you delete the app, the local database is removed by the operating system. If you export a backup file or share a recap card, you control where that file goes.
